Project Description:
The Oregon Department of Transportation (“ODOT” or “Agency”) is seeking Proposals from Professional Services and Related Services consultants to provide engineering, environmental, planning, and technical services necessary for the design related to the Kellogg Creek Dam Restoration (Clackamas County) project (the “Project”). The selected Proposer shall provide engineering design services for the Project, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) services for the removal of Kellogg Creek dam, removal and replacement of OR99E structure (Bridge ID: 01949), andassociated habitat restoration of the watershed (collectively, the “Services”). Proposers responding to this RFP do so solely at their expense, and Agency is not responsible for any Proposer expenses associated with this RFP.
Project Estimate:
The selected Proposer and Agency will negotiate the delivery schedule, costs, and final Statement of Work, within the scope of what is advertised here, for inclusion in the final Contract. Agency anticipates the construction budget for this Project will not exceed $85,000,000.
