Chelatchie Prairie Railroad Bridge Projects (Bridges #6, 12, 18, 20, 23, & 25) – Yacolt, WA

Project Description:
This project aims to address deficiencies documented during routine inspection of 6 timber bridges along the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad. Primary focus for the repairs is the replacement of damaged, decaying, or missing timber elements, including piles, posts, stringers, braces, and ties. Additional repairs include replacing deficient abutment walls, replacing sloughing approach ballast, and replacing missing or loose bolts and other connection hardware. Several of the bridges are closed to traffic due to their condition. This project, paired with additional track rehabilitation between the bridges, are part of a larger effort to maintain and repair the Chelatchie Prairie Railroad north of Battle Ground in Clark County.

Moulton Falls Pedestrian Bridge Repair – Yacolt, WA

This project will repair, restore, and paint the exterior of the glulam arch bridge that is located on the trail that crosses the East Fork Lewis River at Moulton Falls Regional Park.

NW 38th Avenue Improvements Ph. 3 – Camas, WA

Project Description:
This contract covers work to reconstruct NW 38th Avenue (from NW Parker St. to Grass Valley Park) in the City of Camas, WA. The work consists of approx. 2,400 linear feet of street reconstruction, cement amended soil, curb ramps, sidewalk, curb and gutter, structural walls, stormwater collection treatment and detention, landscaping and irrigation, signing, striping, illumination, and other related items. All materials are subject to the Build America, Buy America (BABA) provisions as detailed in these documents and specifications.
Water Station 1 Replace Drinking Water Wells 3-5 – Vancouver, WA

Project Description:
The Contractor shall furnish and install two (2) new municipal drinking water wells. There are multiple municipal drinking water wells on the 25-acre site in operation since 1937. The new wells will be approximately 280 to 290 feet in depth. The wells are to be installed within the existing City of Vancouver Water Station 1 at 2103 East Reserve Street, Vancouver, WA 98661. The drilled wells will be completed in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, State of Washington Codes, Standard Specifications and the Special Provisions.
The Contractor shall restore the surfaces that are disturbed to execute the well drilling.
