SWCA Foundation
The SWCA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to strengthening Southwest Washington’s future by investing in education, workforce development, and scholarships. Through targeted programs at every level — from elementary “toolboxes” to middle-school construction camps, high-school forums, and educator externships — we help build a pipeline of skilled, prepared workers to meet regional needs, close workforce gaps, and create opportunity for all.

Workforce Programs
SWCA recognizes the importance of having a vibrant and trained workforce. So we partnered with local businesses and schools to create four different programs for different levels of education.
- 4th Grade Toolbox Program
- Middle School Summer Camp
- Scholarships for Highschoolers, as well as the Young Contractors Forum
- Educator Externship
Scholarship Program
"Educating Construction's Future"
The SWCA Foundation is proud to award scholarships to qualified applicants, including those pursuing education related to the building and construction industries.
The SWCA Foundation invests in future community leaders by offering financial assistance to students through funds raised by the generous donations of members. These awards are available to association members' employees, their children, and others who are enrolling in full-time secondary education.
Students who utilize the SWCA Foundation Scholarship Program include those seeking technical training, leadership skills, and a wide range of degrees from various colleges
