Born in Mexico City, the founder of Prospera NW Consulting Group, Paola Zarate, was inspired by her entrepreneurial family and commitment to helping under-served communities. After moving to the U.S. for a Business Administration degree, she followed her family’s example of hard work and ethics, using her personal experience with socioeconomic disparities to create a business that empowers entrepreneurs of color.
