Project Description:

This contract provides for the construction of 1,632 linear feet of 24-inch storm main, 7 storm manholes, 2 pipe bores totaling 70-feet using 30” casing pipe, stormwater dispersion trench, associated pavement restoration and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.

The contract work shall be fully complete within 60 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.

N Jantzen Ave West of N Pavilion Ave Water Main Improvements – Portland, OR

Project Description: Construct, maintain, and remove temporary work zone traffic control measures. Construct, maintain, and remove erosion control measures. Perform clearing and grubbing. Construct trench resurfacing, aggregate base, ACP wearing surfaces, and concrete curbs. Place pavement markings. Install traffic signals. Roadside development including fencing, mailboxes, and irrigation. Install water main, services, hydrants, vaults, and private plumbing and appurtenances.

Rock Creek Recycled Water Pipeline Project No. 7112 – Hillsboro, OR

Project Description:

Contractor shall complete the work as specified or indicated in Owner’s Contract Documents for the Project. The Project consists of work that is generally described as follows (collectively, Work):

  1. Construct approximately 105 feet of 6-inch and 8-inch diameter ductile iron transmission main that is installed both above grade and via open cut trench. Includes approximately 35 feet of 8-inch ductile iron piping from existing pump station pipe that will be reused, located within the Rock Creek Treatment Facility property owned and operated by Owner;
  2. Construct approximately 70 feet of 10-inch diameter ductile iron transmission main that is installed via open cut trench and a section installed above grade and discharging into the Secondary Diversion Structure, located within the Rock Creek Treatment Facility property owned and operated by Owner;
  3. Construct approximately 275 feet of 12-inch diameter High Density Polyethlyene (HDPE) transmission main that will be utilized as a “pump to waste” line and will be installed via open cut trench and located within the Rock Creek Treatment Facility property owned and operated by Owner;
  4. Construct approximately 1565 feet of 20-inch diameter HDPE transmission main via open cut trench within the Rock Creek Treatment Facility property owned and operated by Owner;
  5. Construct approximately 470 feet of 20-inch diameter HDPE transmission main via slipline of an existing 27-inch recycled water main within the Rock Creek Treatment Plant property owned and operated by Owner;
  6. Construct approximately 66 feet of 20-inch diameter HDPE transmission main via slipline of an existing 27-inch recycled water main within the Washington County Right-of-Way (ROW);
  7. Construct approximately 4070 feet of 20-inch diameter HDPE transmission main open cut trench within the Washington County ROW;
  8. Construct approximately 25 feet of 12-inch diameter HDPE transmission main via open cut trench within Washington County ROW;
  9. Construct approximately 60 feet of 10-inch diameter HDPE transmission main via open cut trench within Washington County ROW;
  10. Construct approximately 75 feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron transmission main via open cut trench, install a valve and meter turnout vault, and make connection to an existing 8-inch irrigation main located within private property adjacent to the River Road ROW;
  11. Construct two above grade Air Release Valve (ARV) enclosures per the Plans;
  12. Perform site restoration, erosion and sediment control, traffic control, and other associated work; and
  13. The Work also includes furnishing and installing related equipment, temporary items, and other appurtenances necessary to complete the Work and to provide a complete and functional system in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The Work Site is located at Rock Creek Water Resource Recovery Facility, 3235 SE River Road, Hillsboro, Oregon 97123 (Site).

Project Estimate:The estimated construction cost of the Work is $3,200,000.

VHA Lieser School Building Demolition – Vancouver, WA

Project Description: Demolition of hardscapes, underground utility lines, decommissioning of underground fuel tank; demolition of the approx. 48,000 SF school building, including abatement of all hazardous building materials and salvaging of various items as identified in the bid documents. Structural fill and regrading of site area to match existing grades.

Project Estimate:The project cost is estimated to be at $1M - $1.4M.
