Children's Justice Center Tenant Improvement – Vancouver, WA

Project Description:
The project consists of interior building modifications throughout level 2 of the Dolle Building, including modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The multi-tenanted floor is currently vacant and is approximately +/-14,599 sf. The project will consist of interior building modifications throughout level 2, including modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The work includes but is not limited to selective demolition; new wall framing and gypsum board finishes; new doors, relites, door hardware, casework, finishes and electrical / low voltage rough-ins. Existing HVAC systems, light fixtures and fire sprinklers will be modified based on the new layout.
